: Our Story , One Last Try

 This week's blog is the first few paragraphs of a story I have been working on for a while. Since this month's New Quote Friday are quotes from this piece I thought ID share a bit from it! I hope you all enjoy it as much as I am enjoying writing it! On June 26, 2023, I will be posting a few more paragraphs!

Out of nowhere, he showed up. Walked right up and pulled her into his arms. She melted right in. Everything felt so right, but confusing. “No stop really why are you here?”
“ I came back for you”

 She stood there in complete shock.

Was this really happening?

Was all her hopes and dreams about to come true?

“ …. I don’t believe this is happening...” she stammered.

“  Well, it is so believe it…”

They kissed.

 

*GASP! * She sprung up quickly in bed.  Sweat dripped down her face. “Goddammit!” she screams. Of course, it was just a dream... But it seemed so very real… was this one of the dreams she had that were Deja's view? When eventually it happens. She hoped it was one of those. But with the luck, she was having. She just knew that it would probably be just a fantasy. Off and on for years, she had been having this dream. But in the last few months, it seemed to be happening more frequently. Maybe... just maybe...? No, it couldn’t be. She shook her head, got up then headed to the bathroom. Little did she know something was going to soon change.

 

Pacing back and forth in his office he was trying to come up with a plan to tell her everything. He had been thinking about this for months, but now was the time to finally get off his ass and get the courage to just tell her. To win her heart back... Well, he did know that he had her heart, but not in . he remembered those words he told her all that time ago… “ Even if I push you away remember I still love you”.  “ Well .. I guess I could start with that?” he thought to himself… hmm?
