January 1 st 2024, New month , New week , New year. The clock stroke midnight and I was bawling my face out. I absolutely hate crying and am sick and tired of my emotions being everywhere . What a way to start the year a breakdown. Not exactly what I intended but it happened. I am so proud of myself for posting every week for an entire year minus a holiday week. So because of my mental health I’ve decided to take the month of January off from blog posts and New quote Friday. I’ve been struggling just trying to finish this blog which I should’ve posted days ago. It’s now January 4 th , 2024. I have more goals and plans for this year , but in order to not feel rushed or overwhelmed at I’m going to take these few weeks to free my mind and hopefully come up with a better routine for myself. I shall hopefully be back up and running by February 1. Xo Amber
