2009 -

She's falling
She's falling,
She's trying to find something to hold onto
But she's slipping away

She takes slow breaths, as she gasps for air;

She falls onto the ground
How much longer she cries
The tears building up heavier in her eyes
Too weak, can barely move
She lies there
Trying to say something

“Build her up the tear her apart
This has happened from the start”
Tears fill her eyes
As she chokes out words in horrific cries

Piercing pains go through her body
When will this end
Why won’t this end

She starts crawling on the floor
Slowly she makes it to her bedroom door
Struggling to get up
She forces herself into her bed
Where horrible dreams fill her head

Soon she awakens in this scary place
She looks up and sees his face
He looks so broken, so torn
She tries to run towards him
But his face is gone
He was just there.

She turns around to her surprise
He's lying on the ground with closed eyes.

What has happened she thought

She falls deeper and deeper
Tearing every inch of herself apart
Trying to figure out how to help her heart.

She wakes up with horrific screams
She can’t get rid of these nightmares it seems
She continues to lie in her bed
As horrible nightmares fill her head.
